How many people can the venue accommodate?

60 people seating and 90 standing

 

What is the minimum hours for an event?

4 hours. (Time does not include event set up but includes event take down. 20% fee will be added over hourly rate if event goes over time booked).

 

What is a standard backdrop?

A backdrop where there are no interactive props/furniture placed in front of the backdrop

 

Can you bring outside caterers and vendors?

Yes, you can bring outside caterers and vendors given their contact information is provided at least one week prior to the event date.

 

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are not refundable however, exceptions can be granted at the owner’s discretion.

 

Are chairs and tables included?

Yes, chiavari chairs and 8ft wooden tables are included in base package

Can we bring alcohol?

Consumption of alcohol at the venue is permitted given it is mentioned and included in the quote during initial booking. Guest will be responsible for providing a Special Occasion Permit issued by the province. https://www.agco.ca/alcohol/what-private-event $45. Sale of alcohol is not permitted.

 

Is alcohol sale permitted?

No, alcohol sale is not permitted. Exception can be made at the owners discretion.

 

Are servers or bartender available?

No, we do not offer in-house servers or bartenders at the moment. If hiring these services, please ensure their contact information is provided at least one week prior to the event date.

 

What is included in the cake package?

When selecting the cake/dessert package, you receive a custom theme cake from our preferred cake artist vendors. We can also include theme cupcakes, cookies and cake-pops if budget permits. We also allow the use of our decorative cake tables.

 

What is included in the table setting option?

When selecting the table setting option, we decorate each tables to themes available and also provide premium plastic plates and cutleries.

 

What does the welcome table include?

When selecting the welcome table, we provide a custom made welcome sign and a decorated table at the front of the venue which we can place all games and/or guest gifts.

 

What is included in the head table/chair option?

When selecting the head table/chair option, we change the venue layout to include a head table facing other tables and will also be decorated differently.

 

Do you have seasonal pricing?

No, pricing is the same throughout the year.

 

What is the method of payment?

We accept debit, credit and EMT. No cash please.
